The people who work in sales or customer service at Barney's are a fry cry from sophistication or aesthetic as you would expect...they look, act and dress like they came straight from the jersey shore... Yes...I would go back because like I said I do like the store and merchandise minus the sales associates ..maybe they can automate the whole process have self checkout monitors, search engines and we don't have to deal with them at all....

Barney's has a great selection of top-quality menswear: Lanvin, Gucci, Ann Demeulemeester, Prada, Alexander McQueen, Raf Simons, and the list goes on. The salespeople are helpful and kind as well as knowledgeable about the store in general. Add to this the huge selection of shoes and accessories, along with sales, and it's a recipe for shopping bliss. If top-tier designers aren't on your list--fear not--there is also a large slection of less expensive contemporary and bridge design labels. If you want one-stop fashion, Barney's is the place to go. My only qualm is during sales, I've found shirts with missing buttons, etc. I assume they have been tried on repeatedly, or perhaps returned after wear--so, I would advise you inspect that Jil Sander shirt before raking out $650.
