I have been taking classes with Brooklyn Bridge Bootcamp for over a year now and I have to say it has completely changed my body. I'm down 3 dress sizes. I have learned how to eat clean and feel really good about myself. If I don't go for a week I feel like I'm withdrawing. Ariane kicks my butt as hard as I need it and the other trainer Roy is funny and encouraging when he makes us run crazy sprints.
Once you start, you won't be able to stop.
