Transforming

Took a chance on a trip to New York, decided to try it - normally jaded because of previous large salon experiences such as Toni + Guy where they do two snips and charge too much. Amazing space at B+B, friendly, stylish, and got to look at the skyline while getting cut. The cut I received was super wicked, it totally transformed me and I had tons of compliments. Well worth the money - you won't quite look at another hairdresser the same way again as the bar of expectations will have been raised. You walk out knowing you have received a very good haircut from a skilled person.

Worst haircut of my life

I went to bumble and bumble expecting to get the best haircut of my life, especially if I was dropping $200.00. Instantly I was put off by the cold interior and the unfriendly staff (with the exception of a girl named Sunny). I felt like I was being judged the second I walked in. The person who cut my hair (Ray) did not listen to anything I had to say, used a razor to cut my already fine hair, and spent more time being "fabulous" and gazing at himself in the mirror, and flirting with the people around him then give me an appropriate haircut for my face shape and hair texture. Not to mention the haircut took at most 5 minutes. I am beyond disappointed.
