6 years later and I still see better than 20/20

I had iLASIK at this place in 2007 and it was an amazing experience. The procedure was quick, painless, and although I had feared bad side effects, I've experienced only superior vision for the past 6 years. I've returned since ever year for a check up and have always been treated like family from an excellent staff that conducts thorough tests. The office is gorgeous too and I love all the crazy art that is always different when I come in. They are very active in supporting the community as I see their sponsorship at several LGBT events. I love them.

Utter disaster

  • No, I would not go back!

I would recommend complete avoidance. Despite clear instructions to never dilate my eyes, because of past adverse reactions, the nurse went ahead and did it anyway without telling me what she was doing. When informed, she tried to turn it around and blame me for not stopping her. A complete lack of professionalism and failure of patient care. I will never return and can never recommend to others.

  • If it's helpful to compare one place to another, go for it.
  • Come up with clever, funny, pithy subject lines, and write in the first person.
  • Don't forget to read the user rating guidelines and rules.
