I've been bringing my daughter to Cozy's Cuts since she had her first hair cut. I love Cathy dearly and wouldn't change her for the world. She is really great with my little girl. I love when she does the heart braid on her, makes my daughter feel like a princess. I've only been to the Madison location and can say that I have nothing negative to say. The staff is very nice, the store/salon a little on the cramp side, but okay otherwise. If you decide to go to this location, make sure you make an appointment because on weekends, it could be really busy and harder to be seen as a walk-in.
