took my 18-month old son for the haircut there last week and the haircut was really bad. i mean, the hair stylist really did not know how to cut hair. she has absolutely no technique at all. she just cut wherever there is long hair. i can do a better job myself at home so don't waste the money!
Gotta love it

Wanted to give two thumbs up for my latest Cozy Cuts experience. I always take my two girls to get their haircuts there, but last weekend they needed the extra special treatment for their cousin's Bat Mitzvah. They got great cuts and extra styling treatment. They felt special, and they were super relaxed and happy for the pictures. No squirming or complaining. Their hair looked great the next day. Even better than mine! I think I am going to go for my next blow-out!
Cozy's is the best!

I love, love, love it here but not as much as my son. Each time he plays with different toys which he actually chooses over the videos - that amazes me! We almost always go to the same stylist who gives him a very stylish cut. Moms in his class constantly comment on his hair and ask where I get it cut.

I've been taking my son to Cozy's for 7 years and we've always had a great experience. When he was younger they gave him the perfect toddler cut, and now that he's older they give him a great little boy cut. They always know what to do, the latest trends, what's right for his hair, etc. We've used a few different stylists over the years, and they've all been really kid-friendly and professional. If you're looking for a fun NY experience for your child and a great stylish haircut, you should definitely go there. They also have an awesome toy selection and great hair products (especially Boo, which prevents lice!).

I am in New York for for the week, decided to take my 19 month old son for a hair cut. I went to Cozy's because it was 'critic's pick" on this site. But I was seriously disappointed. First the lady that my son had was not very 'kid's person', she was very impatient, rude and over confident. She kept telling me "I have been doing this for 7 years and I know what I am doing" whenever I tell her what I want done. It was annoying. And she was so unpleasant, she would make a face whenever my son moves or wants to get out of the chair. She kept asking me to HOLD HIS HEAD..I am paying $30 for a hair cut so that my son would have a fun experience. The cut? AWFUL. My son's hair looks like a girl from the back.. it's one straight line across.. totally not stylish or cute.Maybe the other hairstylist is better, but definitely don't go for the chubby lady with specs. She didn't even attempt to play or entertain or make the experience fun for my son.
