Best donation based studio out there

  • Yes, I would go back!

Unlike the other donation/community classes out there, this studio does not throw student teachers in front of you. It has surprisingly some of the best instructors I've come across for both yoga and pilates. I don't understand why the studio isn't bursting at its seems but from what the owner (a nice young lady) tells me, they have no budget for marketing so it's all about word of mouth and reviews by their clients. And best of all, all the donations go inside a black box at the front desk - so there's no awkward stares from your instructors. But trust me, you'd want to donate more than the suggested $10 cause you're getting a private sometimes. Definitely best kept secret in town! But do spread the word since I want this amazing space to be around forever...

Some Hints:

  • The best reviews give a clear sense of why you liked or disliked a restaurant, bar, or store. And that means details. Mention specifics dishes, type of crowd, pros and cons...
  • If it's helpful to compare one place to another, go for it.
  • Come up with clever, funny, pithy subject lines, and write in the first person.
  • Don't forget to read the user rating guidelines and rules.
