The best spa experince I've ever had! Professional knowledgeable and friendly staff - I give an A+ for customer service. The body wrap was so good - after I felt I lost 5 pounds! I would definitely recommend this spa to anyone. Can't wait for my next appointment.

I am a frequet spa-goer, and have concluded that n terms of value, Dorit Baxter is by far one of NY's best kept secrets. The staff is friendly, and the services are phenomenal. I especially love the full body massages by chin. I call him Dr. Chin. After every encounter with this amazing tehnincian I leave refreshed and renewed. I highly recommend this spa.

This is a great place for spa deals in NYC. Also, it is ideally located.

For 10 months living in the city I tried a few spas.Until the day I visited Dorit Baxter's spa, I didn't feel like going back to any of them. After visiting Dorit Baxter I know that this is my "home" for great facial and body massage.

I planned a Girls Day at Dorit Baxter. They accommodated 6 girls for a facial and massage for a great deal. The staff was very friendly and the services are amazing. Each of us had a great experience and had no complaints (really). We all raved about how each of our massage therapist and facial person was very informative (as they should be), honest, and knew off hand where to concentrate just from the look of our posture and facial texture. We all came out relaxed and looking beautiful. To top it all off, we had coffee and tea w/ cookies in their lounge area. We definatley intend on returnng. Not only are the services great, but the products too. We all purchased the products and plan to have another girls day there. Who knows the next time we'll include a pedicure and manicure.
Wonderful lunch that removed weeks of stress

They were so professional from the entry to the wonderful massage that made me get lost and brought me back with just enough but wanting more I recommend this for anyone that just need a little pampering or anyone that life is dealing with a little harder than issues can be.

I have had a favorite massuese for years but she didn't do hot stone massage so I tried it at this spa and WOW. I am a convert. Plus the spa was so lovely I am switching to it for my manicures as well. You'll love the view and the prices !
Consistently good after all these years....

I"ve been going to Dorit Baxter for over 15 years. I've visited spas all around the country and always seem to find my way back to my home spa right here in NYC. The facials are very good because they actually do extractions without all the bruising. The camphor mask helps reduce swelling and redness. The deep pore cleanser is a must.
best facial for best value

I have been to dermatologists, spas, laser surgeons and nothing has ever been as helpful for my skin as the deep cleansing facial at Dorit Baxter. I have enjoyed every experience I have had at Dorit Baxter. After my facial and massage combo (for the incredible price of $128) I have been given nutrition and lifestyle tips customized to my lifestyle to try and help me maintain my new glowing skin. This place may not be the most extravagant spa. But if you are looking for quality service and quality products...Dorit Baxter is second to none.
