LIZ LIZ LIZ
By gotmilk1 on 3/14/2013
I'm a skeptical about glowing reviews and generally don't trust them but Liz is the REAL DEAL! Don't be fooled by her size, she's STRONG, knowledgeable and has a wonderful personality. The place is so-so, typical "bodywork" type place so wasn't very impressed, the rooms not very quiet. If it wasn't for my awesome therapist this review would have been very different. I left there feeling like a weight was lifted off my shoulders. If I could afford it I'd see her every week and that's rare coming from me.
Transforming Treatment on the Upper East Side! Serious Therapy!

I am a massage therapy junkie and have received hundreds of sessions, so I am a serious customer. My Myo-fascial Release (MFR) treatment with Rose was AMAZING! I say treatment because it was so much more than a relaxing massage...it was like physical therapy! MFR can be intense, and Rose checked in with me regularly to make sure I wasn't taking on too much. She literally straightened me out! And only $85?! THE REAL DEAL.

As I went into my very first therapeutic massage I didn't know what to expect. I was amazed by the level of professionalism at Eastside Massage. The receptionist greetings, the warm relaxing environment and my sweet massage therapist Maria. Maria worked an hour on me hitting every knot I had built up with tension. She truly transformed me and I left Eastside Massage feeling like a brand new person. I highly recommend everyone to take a visit to Eastside Massage you will not be disappointed!
Excellent Therapeutic Massage!

As a full-time graduate student, I spend what seems like endless hours in the library hunched over on a computer. I've developed a lot of stress and tension in my back and particularly in my right shoulder, probably from using the computer mouse. I scheduled my first massage last Thursday with Serafina and it was incredible! I've received many massages before and I would not hesitate to say that she was a professional, seasoned massage therapist. She really targeted those problem areas; I can say that thanks to Eastside I can focus on my work with less pain! Plus, Eastside offers a $5 student discount so I pay $80 for a one hour massage. This is not a luxury massage but it is absolutely therapeutic and affordable - even for a student! P.S. The thoroughly zen environment is another bonus!

I was healed by the staff of this amazing massage therapy clinic! Recently, I was in a show and caused stress to my lower back, dancing in high heels. I was afraid that I had permanently injured myself, but an amazing massage at Eastside Massage made me feel so much better that I knew it was stress and tension. I went for another massage...usually, I like to stick with the same person, when I feel their service is good, but the therapist I had worked with wasn't working the day I wanted to return..and the second therapist was just as talented! So I have been going on a regular basis, and no matter which therapist I get, they give an incredibly deep effective massage! Unbelievable, but owner Robin has put together a staff of the most amazing massage therapists I have ever had work on me! Their knowledge of the muscles and what triggers spasm, and most importantly, how to get in and relax that spasm, is amazing! There is a wonderful atmosphere, very condusive to relaxation and getting the most out of your massage, and I am now a regular customer, to keep myself feeling fit. I highly recommend visiting this clean, quiet, relaxing spa!

This is a delightful place. The staff is friendly and helpful, they take the time to learn about you so they can tailor their service to your needs and desires. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the treatment rooms, and the owner Robin Ehrlich is a doll. I was totally relaxed and blissed out when my massage was done.

I come to Eastside Massage for a great post work & post workout massage. Professional, clean and friendly environment that caters to relaxing massages and heavy - duty sports massages. I highly recommend Eastside for a top-notch overall massage experience.
