I've been coming to Essential Therapy now for a little over a year and I have to say "it's home away from home". I've tried several therapists there, all very professional, accommodating and friendly individuals, but of course, I have my favorites!!!! After a stressful week at work, I look forward to getting a relaxing massage. It has an exotic atmosphere with dim lights, foreign music, a sauna, jaccuzzi and a steam room!!!!! Overall, I enjoy this place and I recommend it to all my co-workers and friends!

My first experience at Essential Therapy exceeded my expectations. The facility was clean and classic in that rustic Asian mystical sort of way. The ambiance was perfect and even the candle lit waiting area felt relaxing. My therapist was extremely friendly and professional. He even took a moment after the massage to demonstrate and discuss some stretching techniques which made me feel like he genuinely cared about his clientele. Overall, a great experience and I would recommend Essential Therapy to anyone.

I went with my mother. She had an 11am facial and I a massage at 1130. We went downstairs; she changed into her robe and I waited with her. 1115am came and I walked upstairs to ask what happened because the facialist was 15 minutes late. The woman at the desk said she had not come in yet. No one came downstairs to tell us. I had to go upstairs to find out what was happening. The woman said she would call the facialist to see. She got on the phone and started making phone calls...from this moment on, no one at the front desk addressed me directly or made eye contact with me. She just answered my questions by looking away and nodding. I was not sure if I was being answered. My mother came upstairs; said, "Let's go." She changed and we left. The people at the desk, now also the owner, made no effort to help. It was all done quite rudely. On my CC this establishment charged me for a walkout fee on my massage. The owner says my mother should have waited for me to get my massage. I find that absurd.
