I've been training with Tomas and Alejandra for 5yrs. I love Everyday Athlete. It's incredible to work with such inspirational people who are so knowledgeable in both a holistic way and athletic way. A rare combination. I had a back injury for 6 months and Alejandra was able to help we workout the whole time while allowing me to heal. I can't imagine life without this place!

I love Everyday Athlete's holistic approach to being healthy and really getting the most out of your everyday life. I have never had more energy and awareness of my physical abilities. The one-on-one training, massages, nutritional information are top-notch. I especially love the group classes as they are engaging and not routine. I have joined many gyms, learned a routine, and have then quite out of boredom. I have been working out at Everyday Athlete for a couple of years now, and can't imagine not going! I honestly look forward to my workouts - they are challenging and keep me coming back for more!

I've trained with Alejandra pre and post pregnancy and I'm the most fit I've ever been (and I used to jog 7 days a week and do pilates). She is the reason why I don't get injured while carrying, carting, and chasing my 3 very young girls. She has a healer's touch, a drill sargeant's command and the heart of the sweetest, gentlest, most loving puppy. The space is like a spa - bamboo floor to ceiling, coconut water in the mini fridge. You do not feel like you're at the gym, there are no elliptical machines and no wall mounted tv's. It's a very serene place to get your butt kicked and sweat like a pig. (And with pros like Alejandra and Tomas you WILL be sweating). Also, the best massages in the city. Healers at work at Everyday Athlete Studio. Jeremy fixed my neck and shoulders, after 7 years of chronic pain and trigger point agony he made them disappear - magic! I am hooked for life, and if these guys ever move I'd strongly consider moving my family of 5 to follow them wherever they go. Even if it's Costa Rica.
