Glowing Skin at 45 -- Thanks to Claudia

Yes, I would go back!

I discovered Claudia over a decade ago, when I needed someone to do a beautiful eyebrow for my wedding! I have seen her regularly ever since. Well, she does do an absolutely perfect eyebrow. But that is the least of her skills. I see her regularly for herfacials, waxing, peels, and my daily products. Claudia is a very skilled esthetician. My skin is absolutely glowing at age 45 as a result. I too have given Claudia the highest recommendation to countless friends. I am not one to spend a lot on beauty products. I don't buy the hype. Claudia is none of that. She has a deep knowledge of the skin, of the underlying nutritional and health needs of the body that go into creating great skin, and she is a kind and gentle person who truly cares for each client who walks through her door. What other posters have said is true -- Claudia does not try to sell you on a lot of product. If she recommends something for you, that is actually rare, and very well-considered when it does happen. She is more about supporting you in whatever healthful routines work for your body and your skin. And then she'll give you all the pampering and care you've been craving when you drop in for a visit. claudia is amazing and delivers results - i saw an amazing difference within 24 hours of my first facial! She automatically tunes into your skin and understands what you're doing wrong and what you need to do; while listening to what results you aspire to get. She doesnt push for more expensive treatments or for you to buy products you don't need (like many spas, who wont be mentioned...) - in fact, she'll dissuade you if she feels something is not right for you. She wants to do what's best for your skin, and she makes it happen. This is a serene, relaxing space that is very personal - it's not the place for you if you want a MegaSpa experience - trust me, forego the fancy bathrooms of other spas and see Claudia.

Having been a Claudia devotee for the better part of 8 years, I've recommended her to countless friends and colleagues. Every one of these referrals have always come back with the same feedback: it was the best facial they've ever had. Claudia is more than a peerless technician - she has a holistic approach to beauty that extends beyond your skin. Not quite a life-coach but don't be surprised if she gives you gentle dietary/lifestyle suggestions that will benefit your overall well-being. I'm personally a fan of her epi-plus facial... truly the fastest way to (literally!) shave ten years off your age! If you are looking for a serene & superb experience, try Fabula.

I have been a client of Claudia Colombo for years now, and followed her when she opened Fabula. Her individualized and skilled skin care has made an amazing difference in my skin. I continue to glow after one of her pampering facials, and my husband once asked me if I had just had a facial that day, because my skin looked so good. I am about to turn 53, and I am often mistaken for being a decade younger. Claudia brilliantly combines knowledge with skill, and this assures you that you will leave her calm office feeling beautiful, healthy and calm. She gives the best facial I have ever had in my life.‎

I finally visited Fabula Skincare after reading about it in the Best Of NY Issue. Claudia Colombo, a one woman show is Fantastic! It is so refreshing to get expert advice, personal care and attention unlike the over-rated Spas in the city. I’ve never experienced a treatment so thorough and relaxing too. I will definitely be making this a regular stop. I bought a few of the Eminence Organics products and I already feel and see a difference!
