Ayurveda is awesome!!!
By moon_light on 3/20/2011
I found Fineliving New York Ayurveda when I was searching for an Ayurvedic Doctor to help me with weight loss. Dr Tara was amazing and I followed everything very thoroughly that she suggested me. I would have never come to know so much about my body type and why it takes entirely different approach to treat each body. Dosha system in Ayurveda is so interesting. I have found incredible results and can't rave enough about Ayurveda after losing so much weight with Ayurvedic Panchakarma procedure. My lifestyle has totally changed for good. Therapists at this place made me feel very comfortable during the treatments and Dr. Tara was very supportive throughout the Panchakarma. I will suggest this place for amazing ayurvedic experience.
The Ayurvedic Massage

Hmm, I don't know --- how exactly to put my experience here - but I could not have asked for more. The massage for my body type, which was deep and not annoying at the same time - I am sure you know what I mean! The yummy herbal oils used for my body type were the best. Head massage in the end was like reaching NIRVANA. Never leave this head massage part. Because the therapist will ask you if you would like head and face massage or not. (this, of course, is included in the session). I enjoyed the hand and feet massage also. Summer promotional prices are tempting. Hey guys, enjoy the best massage in the town with the best value! I recommended to my friends and they could not thank me enough.

It was an amazing experience at this modest ayurvedic center in New York. I was just visitng New York few days back and went for a massage there. The therapist was very knowlegeable and generous. I wonder how she knew what my body had really needed. It was an awesome experience. I will be back again.
