This hair salon was truly one of a kind. They provided me with excellent service; I've never seen my hair so taken care of. The people of Head Quarterz are highly knowledged in their profession and highly recommended in my point of view.

I have been going to Headquarterz for about 5 years. My boyfriend has become a customer, too. Steve is an experienced and skillful hair stylist -- and a really nice guy. Everyone on the staff is friendly and accomodating. To top it off, the prices are reasonable. A definite thumbs up! I'm delighted that they are getting the good press that they deserve.
A VERY Lucky Find --- Simply A Downtown Gem!!!

I've been a patron of Head Quarterz Hair Salon for the past three years and considerate it A VERY Lucky Find--- Simply A Downtown Gem!!! That is because the salon's entire staff is professional and kind, and its selection of necessary services are plentiful - and at very good prices. But, most of all, I think Steve Kong is nothing less than a hair magician, (as I've noted while there on many an occasion)! As he really seems to know exactly what is needed to perfect all types of hair --- from texture, to style, to color and cuts---. I am so happy this salon is receiving such worthy recognition! The magazine made a wonderful choice.

Hair Straightening Service

I am very impressed with Head Quarterz! Steve Kong took the time to test my hair and ask many questions to determine the amount of straightening product necessary to achieve the results that I wanted. In addition to listening to my concerns and requests, Steve and his staff made certain that I was comfortable and at home during my entire 3 hour process. My hair looks fantastic and the price is hard to beat! I highly recommend.

I've recently been to headquarterz to do the Japanese Straightening my friends told me of. They were great in handling every single one of my needs from helping me get my coffee to the great hair i ended up with. When they were done with the japanese straightening, my hair was absolutely GORGEOUS. i was in love with my hair, and certainly look forward to going there again.
The only place I'll cut my hair at.

I always had thin hair and a pathetic hair volume. I tried out at this salon and after a hair cut, my hair looked volumous and it even made my face structure stand out. I have big cheek bones, but after my hair cut, all my friends thought I has lost weight! I was so happy with this Salon that I recommeded it to whole family and now all of us have become their customers. They are great at extensions too! All of the staff are nice and patient. Their price is very reasonable for such outstanding service.
Good Job - Japanese Straightening
By mygoog2008 on 7/1/2008
I went to Headquarterz Hair Salon to have a Japanese Straightening for my hairs last week. The result came out to be very good. My hair looks like silk. When I touch my hair, I feel my hair is very soft. I love my new hairstyle so much. It makes me look very young and pretty. Yeah, the price is reasonable when you compare with other Hair Salons in Midtown. I definitely will go back there for a haircut in the future.

I am very please with the service, products and outcome of my straightener. I would recommend it to anyone with unruly hair. It turned out better than expected.
