The coaches are amazing and know some of the best running routes around manhattan and Brooklyn. In fact, they know running routes all around the USA. Meghan is cool and having a background as a yoga instructor certainly helps with stretching, exercise and general fitness. I strongly urge readers to visit their website, join a run and speak directly to them. Changed my life!

Helped me to a PR

A friend recommended their services and after researching them online, I decided to go for it and hire a coach to help me PR in my half marathon this past summer. Despite living out of state, I had incredible access to these coaches and their expertise. The workouts were challenging and accommodated my crazy work schedule (think medical professional working day shifts and night shifts in an unpredictable fashion.) I hit my goal in the Providence Half this past August and am excited to use them again in the upcoming spring racing season. Well worth it!
