terrible rip off and unprofessional.

No, I would not go back!

Went there for a perm..The woman refused to dry my hair..REFUSED...I looked like a poodle..They REFUSE to give me a refund...Not only are they terrible..but so are their parent corporation called "The Regis Corporation"..do not go here...unless of course you would like to look just like your dog if it happens to be a poodle..I have never experienced this..Not only are they a rip off...barely anyone there speaks understandable english..Save your self..better off getting a job from a flobee and an olgelvie home perm..not even joking..HORRIBLE

No, I would not go back!

Another customer was yelling at a couple of the staff when I came in. The lady who cut my hair was nice enough but only said 2 or 3 words and other than that a lot of YES? NO? because she didn't speak English very well. She must not have understood what I wanted done. The haircut was nothing like I described and not even at all. she cut in in a circle all the way around. They didn't even use any styling products. The woman I paid didn't even look at me, threw my change on the counter while she was chatting with co-workers and once yelled at me because SHE made a mistake adding my purchases. Then as I was digging money out for the tip, she barked at me and said "The tip is not included you know!"

No, I would not go back!

Jean Louis David is where you go if you need a cheap, generic and quick cut. I have been there twice at different locations. Both times, I had to wait 20 minutes after the time of my appointment and I payed more than was initially quoted. If you desperately need a cut quickly, they do get you in and out once you get started and their product selection isn't bad. But they won't make you look and feel fabulous and they won't do anything complicated.
