TERRIBLE Color and Service

No, I would not go back!

Gabriel recently colored my hair and I couldn't be less thrilled with the results. I asked him to fix my growing out highlights and return my color to my natural brown. The end result was nearly black . I went back a few days later and nicely told him I wasn't pleased with the result, showed him a picture of my original color and asked for him to please fix it. He was rude and nasty, argued with me that this was what I asked for, but begrudgingly said he would fix it. Again, I am unhappy...it is still dark, very red, and now the texture feels like straw. I would never recommend anyone to go to him and will now be spending $$$ just trying to get it fixed elsewhere. He is rude and lousy at his job.

BAD haircut

No, I would not go back!

I went to Soon with a good idea of what I wanted: to lose a little length and to keep my long layers. I described this to the stylist, but then she cut it in a different style that looks feathered and shaggy and bad. When I talked to her about it during and after the cut she just shrugged it off as the effect of the product she used and not the cut itself. She made no offer to make it right when I said I was unhappy and instead became defensive. So disappointing.

Great cut every time with Liz

Yes, I would go back!

Liz has been cutting my hair for over a year. She's really good at giving cuts that maintain their shape as they grow out. We've tried a few variations on my usual just-above-the-shoulder cut and they're beautiful every time. It's so nice to have someone to trust and rely on for beautiful hair! FINALLY! Plus she's very nice and has great hair herself (always a good sign).

Will never go anywhere else

Yes, I would go back!

After trying to find a salon in NY for a year, I finally found my place! I am growing out my hair, and have been for a year because everytime I go somewhere and tell the stylist I am growing it out and want just a trim, they cut way too much off. At Soon Beauty, the stylist did exactly what I wanted. It doesn't even look shorter, just much healthier and with a great shape. I have never had such a satisfactory haircut!
