Oscar did my consultation-Loved him Diego did my color-It looked so natural-It was spectacular- Diego did an awesome job Gloria did my cut. She is fabulous-Loved the new me-She knew what I needed for a new youthful 47 year old looking to re invent herself

I went to Klye specifically because I had read good reviews. I later found out that he actually knows some people from Allure and that is why they featured him on their magazine. He thought he knew what I wanted. I am a brunetted that needed some subtle highlights around my crown. I told him that I wanted something natural and not with alot of contrast. He frosted streaks in the front of my hair that made me look like a skunk. The rest of my hair was dark, but the front was awful. By the time I went over to get him to darken my color his assistant told me he left. He never once checked with me to see if I liked the color, he just left. Which inidciated to me that he is not interested in my buisness. $540 later, I got the haircolor that I could have gotten from an inexperienced hairdresser or worse, myself!! Do not go to him. He pretends he knows what you want, but then he will do whatever he wants and leave.

After all the positive reviews on Kyle White, I made an appointment. After the introduction, I said that I would like baby blonde highlights, he replied "whatever you want". As he walked away he said "you want a full head", I replied "yes", he then said "that will be $550" (I was very much aware of the price which was not an issue). I found his delivery very odd - perhaps he thought he was too expensive for my taste!! In summary, I was presented with filthy brushes, a full head of "frosting" from the 80's - my hair was so broken from the chemicals that I was in shock. I would have paid anything to walk out with his amazing "signature colour" - don't believe the hype. It looked like I purchased a kit at the drugstore. I had overheard that the positive hits were posted by employees - now I believe it. I have travelled and lived in many countries and when it comes to talent, hygiene and service, and putting the client first - Oscar Blandi Salon and Kyle White are so far the worst ever in their craft.

I saw all the reviews and decided to see for myself.I loved my color.Kyle was a bit quiet but he just seemed focused on the work.He gave me the exact color I wanted.I almost never have a hair colorist get it right on the first try.As far as cost I had asked at the front desk his fee and always apprecaite knowing the cost upfront rather than being shocked at the checkout.All and All it was great,fast,efficient and fabulous.I will be back for sure !!

Disappointed and nothing exceptional. I went to the Salon. Consulted Oscar. He cut my hair. No big deal, NOT IMPRESSED; nothing great. He suggested a colorist. She changed my hair color which according to her would be better for my complexion. I looked horrible. Did NOT GET ANY COMPLIMENTS. ( Always did when I used to color my hair in another salon). The worse thing was that I spent 780.00!!!! on a substandard cut and terrible color!! Got home and cried. I had seen Oscar on Shear Genius. PURE HYPE!! NOTHING TO WRITE HOME ABOUT. I FELT SCAMMED!!!!! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. HAD BETTER CUTS AND COLOR AT OTHER SALONS! Once I arrived, waited for a while. Atmosphere OK. Salon busy. women came out with styles which were ok. no big deal! what is all the hype about?? hmmm. I wonder...

I was curious as to what this guy could do to get women to be so passionate about him. These women cant all be pathetic losers with nothing better to do than spend nights writing about some haircolorist .So I went & I dont get it? He was pleasant,quiet&fast.my color was fine,as for cost,I like being told cost before I buy anything,rather than be shocked with a $500 bill & my charge was $300(I guess it depends on what you have done)As for dirty brushes ,I had a blow dry after.It was a $25 charge but I guess not everyone can afford $25.Its just,I thought money wasnt an issue for a woman whose insulted by a price quote or maybe it really was the money cause why was she drying her own hair? Will I go back? The color was fine,I liked how fast he was & I am still intrigued why people have such a fasination with Kyle.He is certainly busy & with this economy and his price point that says more about his work than all the reviews all the psychotic woman can write about him ever will.

I saw Kyle White for color today and my bill came to $550.00.I mean dont get me wrong he did a great job but how am I supposed to explain this to my husband? I have decided that if I can spend $600.00 on a pair of Prada shoes that are on my feet than i can spend $500.00 on my hair.I mean after all I dont take my hair off and put it in the closet when I get home.My hair is on my head all the time so I should love it.So hell yes I am going back to Kyle because I am worth it !

I have been to every top colorist in new York and Kyle got my color perfect in one shot.He was very professional and personable.I knew my highlights were great when my husband who never notices anything said your highlights look really great.I think he may be responsible for saving marriage.My husband cant keep his hands of me !!

Kyle White gave me the best hair color of my entire life and he did it in under an hour.He was not the most talkative colorist I have ever been to but he was definitley the most efficient.If you are looking for alot of conversation this is not your guy .If great color done fast is what you want then look no further .I will never go anywhere else ever again.The search is over.

I went to Oscar Blandi Salon for the first time. Loved the busy atmosphere. Ray Symons cut my hair and wow, the best haircut I have ever had. I will definitely be going back to Ray at Oscar Blandi from now on.
