What a difference!

PEP is a great place to tone up your body and your spirits! I have worked with Sharyl, and other instructors there as well, and within the first 6 months, I was wearing a size smaller pants. My husband noticed immediately how much better I looked. My posture and strength has improved as well. No more hours at the gym doing the same old excercises and not seeing results! The program at PEP will change your attitude and your health!

I have always wanted to seriously explore Pilates. After a consultation with Sharyl, I signed up for the 10 week program Park East Pilates offers. Sharyl's introduction to the true, authentic Pilates training has changed my life. You take what you learn in the studio and apply it all aspects of your life. My posture has improved and my body is more tone and flexible. Sharyl has been a tremendous instructor encouraging me each and every session. Walking into Park East Pilates has been one of the best things I have ever done for myself!

A New Sexy You

If you want to feel good about yourself, go see Sharyl and her team and Park Avenue Pilates. Now there are a lot of Pilates Instructors in NYC, but very few have undergone the hundreds of hours of rigourous traning that Sharyl and her team have had to do to be certified (and they take advanced cutting edge training annually) So, if you want to get (or maintain ) that flat abdomen, have the long lean muscualr look, be confident, and feel sexy all over, sign up for the program at Park Avenue Pliates now.. Spring is here and Sharyl will put spring back in your step and spirit. A very happy c lient for over three years

Pilates at its best!

I loved Park East Pilates from my very first visit, over 4 years ago. The teachers are professional and the studio is very welcoming. I have enjoyed one-on-one sessions as well as the group classes. Unlike classes elsewhere, groups here are limited to 4, so they aren't intimidating - and actually are a lot of fun. Park East Pilates has helped me tone up and I even grew over an inch from all the stretching. Fantastic!

I signed up for Park East Pilates 10 week program to get in shape for my wedding. My body, posture and overall health changed dramatically. I highly recommend this studio. Sharyl is a wonderful teacher who was able to inspire me even on my worst days!
