I'm getting inspired by all this talk on products. Soooo... 1) What beauty product do you swear by? always looking for cool products What's your latest beauty product… I just relocated here a few months ago from Seattle. I am desperate for a few beauty-related recommendations: eyebrow tweeze … I met Franchie on my first trip and he did amazing job with my eyebrows, really disappointed they had to close the soho store, loved the store and selection and he is also really cut .I would love to find someone to do the same job.

We like pircosmetics and we never had any problem with them, they are also showcasing our product and we never had such complaint, is absurd. I agree with your common we should have more Boutiques like pircosmetics in US. I love their selection.

The word on the street is that Franchie Pir and Randle are known in the beauty industry as thieves. They convinced many boutique beauty brands to work with them on consignment when they were on Prince street because they are "International" and "in-the-know". When they they suddenly closed their shop a couple of years ago, they did not pay for their products and as a Style Blogger/Reporter, I've heard MANY companies are in the process of taking them to court because they have redesigned their site, are back in New York city, and they are selling products that have never been paid for on their site and on amazon. http://ny.racked.com/archives/2008/02/06/discontinued_pir_cosemtics.php has more on this... Smells like bad karma to me! I would steer clear.

Franchie PIR literally stole thousands of dollars of product from many of the small boutique brands that he represented. He is NOT a person of any integrity whatsoever and it was SHOCKING the extent at which he was willing to go to STEAL PRODUCT and HIDE at his TORONTO location. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT FRANCHIE PIR. There are many good honest boutiques to support in NYC! FRANCHIE PIR should be in JAIL. TRASH! Karma Franchie. Karma.

Are my eyes deceiving me, or has PIR moved from Prince St to 86th St? They suddenly closed their doors last year, leaving my of their vendors high and dry with thousands of dollars of outstanding bills. Do a little research on the Prince St closing, and you'll see what I mean. Franchie Pir is a self-centered, unkind human being. He has no business running a shop and treating his employees and vendors so poorly. Boo hiss.

I absolutely love Pir Cosmetics...Although I live in Los Angeles, I make it a point to visit Pir whenever I'm in the city for the latest in imported skin care. I hear that Gabriel Couzian-USA is going to launch their French skin care products there exclusively. Thank you, Pir Cosmetics!!
