I had to recomend this place a 10 overall. This is a salon, not a spa. But, they have amazing technicians. I used CJ and I used Chanel. They are nice there and they made me feel really comfortable doing such an uncomfortable procedure..Full legs with BRAZILIAN They have been in buisness since 1989, which is why I went there . That is a long time t be in buisness, so I fugured they must be doing something right. And to top it off, when i bought a laser Package I had a free massage with Linda. She was great. Don't be folled when you walk in. It looks small, but they have an enormus space on the 2nd floor.

Avoid getting laser treatments (or any other services, for that matter) at Randee Elaine. I was told before starting that 6 treatments should give about 90% reduction in hair growth. This seems plausible since I have light skin and dark hair. After more than a dozen sessions (maybe 14-16), there was at best a 50% reduction. Needless to say, I was angry and disappointed, especially considering that the treatments are $200 to $250 per session. I got a couple of additional treatments elsewhere before giving up altogether. There's now a lot of regrowth, and for all intents and purposes I spent $3000-$4000 to get shaved a few times. I have it on authority from somebody on the inside that Randee Elaine uses laser systems that aren't intended for hair removal. If true, this would explain the poor results. It is also something the department of consumer affairs should consider. I think Randee Elaine knowingly oversells this procedure at the customer's expense, and I now believe this part of the business is a complete scam. As a final note, be aware and fully informed before getting this procedure elsewhere.

I went to Randee Elaine to get laser hair removal treatments. HORRIBLE experience. Don't waste your money or time. My hair grew back...and it grew back thicker. The place is dirty and the staff is unprofessional. Horrible horrible horrible!

200 Words can't explain how bad this was. And I generally have low expectations!! Don't believe the positive reviews- it must be staff and management writing them. This was terrible, unsanitary, no quality or integrity of work, bad bad bad. For waxing? Go anywhere else! I never write reviews... But this was off the hook (a week later I'm still disgusted.)

Plagued by embarrassing hair, I decided to go in for laser. But having read a lot of reviews and articles, I know that laser isn't 100% guaranteed to remove hair permanently, and I couldn't fathom paying $2,000 for something that might not work. Randee Elaine is known for it's great prices, and I found it even better than expected...I got the "first timer's" deal for all my treatments and can pay it in three installmetns (the whole lump sum at once was out of my cash range). The spa is pretty and cute, and the paint job is fun to look at when you're being "done." The receptionists were very friendly, and my technician CHRISTINA is great! So friendly and professional, and she answered all my questions thoroughly. It's hard to feel comfortable with a stranger when your tush is in the air, but I felt so at ease. In addition, the laser was so gently that I barely felt it.I'm recommending Randee Elaine to all my friends who want great service at a great price.

I am unhappy with the company because I brought my friend there for a day at the spa, which included a waxing. My friend has a mole that she has had in previous waxing with no problems, but her beautician had riped it by waxing it even though she told her it was there and to be careful. I was happy with my service, but it caused my friend to bleed terribly and have a horrible day. I wrote the store and wanted some kind of refund. They would only give me a store credit, but I can not use this when I was only there on vacation. All I asked for was $20 in some form when the wax was $29. I feel I did not ask much, and feel they are not returning my courteous response to this situation.

I went in for a series of microdermabrasion treatments and was pleased with the results. A few observations: Definitely not a fancy place, and not very professional-feeling/looking but they offer expensive treatments at half price, so that's to be expected. Everyone there is generally pleasant. The most important thing is to find someone that does a good job and stick with that person. The first person who did my treatment was great, but I didn't get her name and didn't request for her again, so I had to go through two other people; one was lame and ineffective and the other one was sloppy. I'm thinking about going here for laser hair removal, hoping that the price and quality will be comprable. I'll be sure to report my findings...

I came in for a full body wax. It wasn't that painful. Maybe I thought it would be worse after seeing the waxing scene in "The 40 Year Old Virgin". Considering that this was my first waxing, it went nicely. I had "Luda" do the waxing. It was interesting to find that there were Russian employees there. Since my family is Russian and Ukrainian, speaking Russian eased some of the pain because I got to talk while she waxed me. It was kind of a mix of therapy and some pain. I recommend Randee Elaine Salon and "Luda". She is doing my next session whenever that will be. I rather have great service than the prettiest salon. Actually, I thought the salon inside would look a lot worse, but it didn't. I'm surprised as to how people over exaggerate the pain from waxing, or maybe my waxer was good, which could have lessened the pain. I chose Randee Elaine because they specialise in what they do. I don't want to be looked upon, which is why I chose this salon waxing men isn't weird. Give this place a try.

I've been in for two appointments and both times have been pleased with how nice the technicians are, how painless the treatment is and the great prices are what brought me in. The front desk could use a little less chaos, a little more smiling. Some people may not enjoy the asthetics of the salon-the sign outside is sort of older, the rooms are small, the technicians are fantastic but not glamorpusses, but they do a great job for a great price. The treatment is surprisingly quick and painless on some areas but more sensitive areas are...well, more sensitive.

Randee Elaine Laser Center was painless!I had a great laser tech, her name is Daniella. She was very sweet and gentle! She really made my first experience with Randee Elaine excellent. Every else I went for laser, hurt and burned me, not the case with Daniella at Randee Elaine. She really goes out of her way to make you comfortable. I cant wait for the next session I have with her.
