If you are looking to get a glow and relax at the same time , this is the place to go. The hotel is so cozy and boutique and the staff is so sweet. If you have time to eat , I recommend the restaurant in the hotel. As for the spa, once you arrive at the elegantly japenese themed spa, Shibui, they provide you with a comfy robe and show you the way to a luxurious indoor pool. Nadine, my very sweet facialist picked me up and took me to my room where upon she made sure to make me feel comfortable by showing me where to place my robe and what to expect. She then left the room to allow me to slip into the warm bed and when she returned, she tucked me in and began to proceed with my concerns and questions to customize my facial to my needs and desires. With my delight, the facial was truly one of the best facials I have had in my life and I have had quite a few. Nadine is great with detail and has a very warm touch. Make sure to ask for her as I understand she gets booked up! I can't wait to try the massages and for my next facial appointment...Shibui I will be back!!

I never really write reviews but I felt like this spa deserved a few minutes of my time. I have to say that, this place is stunning! It is the best place to relax. You almost feel like you are in Japan. I had two amazing services, a deep tissue massage following by a facial and I can honestly say they were both the best treatments I've had in years!
