NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT GO TO THIS SPA

Anyone who has ever had long term success with a business knows that building long term relationships with clients is NUMBER ONE. Sometimes that means going above and beyond to make your customers feel valued. If you are looking for a long term relationship with a Salon that will give you good customer service and treat you like they care about the fact that you keep choosing to go back there over and over again then you can forget it. I've been a loyal customer for 8 years, always bringing friends and family too and have spent thousands of dollars over the years at this salon. And then just recently, I had a hairline of color missing on ONE nail. I kindly asked if I could use one of their colors to repair it. We are talking a hairline. The young lady at the the front desk, said her name is "Sue" (somehow I doubt her sincerity) simply said no. I explained that I've been coming for a long time. She did not care. She only cared to say no. She did not even offer me the option of doing it for a small fee! And of course, there was no manager available to talk to nor could she "give out her name"...? That seems very odd...what serious place of business keeps the manager's name a secret? If you choose to go the day will come for you too where you will realize that they JUST DON'T CARE. And you will do exactly what I'm doing now..changing salons and writing about the terrible customer service of this place so at least others may be spared of the disappointment.
a solid choice

This place was a refreshing break from the commercialized spa giants of NYC. It's quiet and serene w/o overly being pretentious. They treated my friend and I very well, with services like aromatherapy wraps while we got a mani/ pedi and bringing us a cup of hot white pear tea. I also really enjoyed the crystalized blue gel that was part of the signature spa pedicure. On another occassion I went for waxing and the waxing specialist was amazing! My friend got a Vit C facial and said it was one of the best she had. Definitely will go back again and recommend to friends. No complaints. Our experience had no glitches.
