Poor service, poor attitude. Someone should remind these employees that they are at Space.NK to work. They couldn't be bothered to help anyone out during the times I've visited. Highly not recommended.

I was very anxious to see this shop come to the US. The few times I was down in Soho to visit the shop I found the service very poor. The girls were always standing in around & talking and seem annoyed when asked to help a client. I felt like I was disturbing their "private time". Most of the products can be find in upscale stores and phramacies around the city so why bother with the "attitude". Not for me as cetainly not worth the trip downtown.
