  • No, I would not go back!

I had been going to Strip since it opened since it was convenient to my office. The waxes are a little overpriced for the quality of service, but in general it was fine. However, recently their customer service has gone far downhill. On my last visit, I arrived 10 minutes late, after calling ahead and being told it would be fine. Once I arrived, my technician claimed that her watch read 11 minutes late and she would not honor the appointment. The front desk did nothing to help fix the situation or reschedule. I don't plan on going back - there are plenty of other businesses in the area that offer the same treatments and a much higher level of service.
