Good gone bad

I frequently visited this spa over the last 8 years. I used to think that the services were the best I ever received in the country. The massages were amazing. Something changed in the past year and the last several massages that I received were beyond terrible. It's apparent that the spa is not hiring the same caliper people. After my first bad experience, I complained to management. Shockingly, management made me feel as if there was something wrong with me for not liking the massage. I was in disbelief of this poor service after being such a loyal customer. I will admit that my last facial was excellent, but be skeptical of their massages.

Hair removal

The service is very courteous in a luxurious setting. For the light based hair removal, they were somewhat but not significantly more expensive than some other places I checked, but I preferred their affiliation with a medical group. Although the results were not instantaneous, they are amazing.
