Bleh

No, I would not go back!

This was the grimmest place I ever got a pedicure. Lots of brown tile, brown paint, brown benches and everything worn, worn, worn. Front desk employees completely perfunctory. I was told I'd be taken immediately; an assistant took me to a chair and I sat there with my feet soaking, given no clue as to when someone would come to do my pedicure. Once I was done, I was shoved into a cramped dryer space and ignored for the balance of my visit. Had to scout around for a trashcan to dump my paper slippers, etc., before I left. As I checked out, a lone manicurist lay with her head on folded arms on top of her table. Check out the other, livelier brighter places within a block or two south.

Yes, I would go back!

tylerette's review makes me laugh. Was she there to receive a massage or to give one? I had a great massage there. My masseuse's name was Victoria. I had a groupon, but I would come back there for the full price anytime.

Nice place

Yes, I would go back!

I came here before for a facial and had a pretty good experience. Samantha was very knowledgeable and gave me some very good advice with my combination skin. I recently went again with a Travelzoo deal and got their Vada Earth and Sea facial. Again I have absolutely no complaints plus the deal was awesome. Recently I decided to try their laser with Alla and after the first session my legs have no signs of hair and it has been 3 weeks since the laser. I totally love this place and tell all my friends.

Don't Get Massages Here

No, I would not go back!

I gave Vada three tries before giving up on their massages. The rooms are cramped, the bed is positioned strangely, and when I asked the masseuse to dim the lights, she said that she couldn't. Not sure what was going on there. I think the workers are really great and attentive and perform well, given what they have to work with - it's not the fault of the staff that I'm giving a poor rating - it's the facilities themselves.
