Nice Service, Lovely Environment, Cannot Understand English on Phone

They are very nice people, and the service is magnificent. They place is very clean, peaceful and relaxing. The prices are excellent, and the variety of services is good. However, they are terrible on the phone, and making a reservation is challenging because they do not speak english very well, and cannot understand simple terms like "skin peel" or "dermabrasion" I have usually found it better to just "show up". Luckily, I have never had to wait for treatment.
