Very beautiful salon but not great highlights

  • No, I would not go back!

Rosemarie highlighted my hair and I am not happy at all. I thought I was clear about what I asked for and I showed a picture but she did NOT do what I asked for. I think her specialty is reds and not blonds. The price was reasonable (for NY) but I was very disappointed with the result.
