Poor customer service

Upon check in room booked wasn't available. I was upgraded to a king room on the 10th floor with a patio. I was awaken by someone violently shaking the patio doors and banging on the glass attempting to get into my room and shouting let me in...let me in. I was terrified and called the hotel staff for help but they quickly called back to inform me that it as the building engineer. The clerk stated that the housekeeping dept told him the patio doors were broken and he thought the room was empty. No one ever came to see about me and no human care or concern was exhibited when I checked out. I don't believe them. Why would a staff member attempt to enter my room from the patio rather than knocking on the door, identifying themselves and using a key. Beware there is no security at this hotel or concern for its patrons. I am still traumatized by this event that occurred on 12/11/14. Find a better hotel with trained professional staff.
