This was by far the worst experience I've had in a hotel. During check-in the employee was rude and discourteous. In my room the AC was not working and the Internet connection did not work. I called the hotel desk and received no help. I went down personally to look for a solution. When I suggested a room change the girl raised her voice and idn’t look me in the eyes. After I stressed that it was impossible to sleep in a room with a malfunctioning AC and needed the Internet connection she reluctantly switched me to another room, scolded me, and told me that "if I had any other problem I would have to suck it up." In this second room the Internet connection did not work either and another employee told me I would have to go to the lobby with my laptop if I wanted to use the Internet. This problem was, of course, not exclusively mine as there were other disgruntled guests in the lobby (poorly taken care of, I must add, with old, worn and torn furniture and few seats) with their laptops. In my room the blinds to both windows were slashed, the bathroom door didn’t close, the toilet seat was broken and the fire alarm chirped loudly every morning. The sheets and towels were stained and it was difficult to close the room’s door. Stay away from this horrible place.
