We've stayed there several times and have had wonderful experiences each time. The service is superb and the rooms are simple and stylish. Each room is filled with books on a different theme based on the Dewey Decimal System. We usually get the junior suite. Yes, the bathrooms can be small but this is New York afterall. The afternoon coffee/tea/wine is a lovely and simple way to sit back and relax. It is very conveniently located close ot GCT. We enjoy it, which is the reason we go back year after year.
