Prices drop as the days increase which is nice, most places do that now but their prices start off low to begin with. Real nice aspect during these times to give discounts.

Place is hot. Spicy hot if you ask me. Neighborhood is cool to chill in, I actually lovr long island city ( which is not in long island btw). Besides that the price is just right for a hotel of this fashion.

Cool from top to bottom

Place has a nice feel to it. Hotel is great and well kept, and rooftop is a lot of fin at night. Nice music and cheap drinks offered.
