Terrible customer service

The customer service was terrible and I would not recommend this hotel.
My favourite hotel!

I loved everything about The Bowery. It was absolutely gorgeous and the service was impeccable. The concierge went above and beyond every day of our stay (5 nights). We stayed in a corner suite on a higher floor so the views were great and outside sound was no problem. The bed was the most comfortable one I've ever had the pleasure of sleeping in. My favourite part of the suite though, had to be the bathroom. Large, clean and marble with a wonderful soaker tub and a giant window. After walking for miles every day in the sticky heat, I would come back to a long soak in the tub while looking out at the city. It was heavenly! I've recommended this hotel to anyone I hear is going to New York City - even if I don't know them well. And if they don't want to or can't afford to, I tell them to at least swing by their great bar for a drink. I really enjoyed staying in the East Village and look forward to returning to The Bowery!
Not even a patron and very helpful!

I wasn't a guest of the Bowery Hotel, but needed a recommendation of a dinner place in their neighborhood that could accommodate a table for ten. I called the concierge and she was very helpful. When asked, I did disclose that I was not a patron of the hotel. This did not prevent them from helping me out. Thanks, Bowery Hotel!
