21 and Over minutes of Suffering

  • No, I would not go back!

Though funny and original, I found that this Jon Lucas and Scott Moore film takes it a bit too far, showing us the darker and nastier parts of coming-of-age epic. Overload of nudity, drinking, sexual content and slapstick humour at times makes you tired and wish you would watch something else. I felt that this somehow just did not belong to the big screen. Also, Justin Chon was just all over the place, and like pointed out in their trivia on the film, "Actor Justin Chon is in fact 10 years older than the character he plays!" and it DOES show. (
