Artichoke-and-Arugula Salad

So when did Chickens grow on a bush? Lazy or stupid.

I always have my doubts about any chef or any site that claims something that contains meat/fish/poultry/seafood products is Vegetarian or Vegan. If they don't have enough brains to know this, how on earth could they have enough brains to cook something worth eating. All they would have had to do was put or Vegetable broth next to it. So that points to sheer laziness or sheer stupidity. Now I doubt the entire recipe. It may be very very good but frankly with today's prices, I refuse to waste ingredients on a recipe made by a lazy or stupid chef who doesn't know the difference between a chicken bush or a chicken egg. Note to self: Do not eat at that restaurant until the chef knows the difference. Lord knows what will happen if I have an allergy and tell them that. I may get six variations of things that will send me to the ER.
