A hit with my family

I got a lot of raves for these greens when I made them for a family party the other day. I didn't cook them as long as the recipe called for, the greens were pretty tender after only 15-ish minutes. They would have been really soggy if I'd cooked them for the 45 minutes the recipe called for. If I were to do it again I'd probably cook the bacon for a little longer before putting the onions in.
