I have purchased these cookies many times from Payard and seriously questioned whether they would come out as good at home. They were perfect! And this recipe is so easy. Follow the instructions carefully, especially about not over-mixing, and you will be in heaven 15 minutes later!!

I made these one year for Passover and loved them so much that I have made them several times since. I honestly don't know what the 2 reviewers who couldn't get them right are doing wrong!

I agree with lovetocook. These are very thin and stick to the paper. And they break so easily. Too sweet too.

This is now the second time I've tried making these cookies. I think the recipe is wrong because they never come out right. Both times the cookies stick to the paper and it is impossible to get them off. And the consistency is somewhat off. Plus, the batter spreads incredibly thin and there is no WAY you can have 12 mounds! Has anyone tried this recipe?? I am feeling VERY frustrated!
