Way, way too salty

I thought that the paste sounded very salty with both the salt and anchovies, so I cut back on the salt and used 2 TBS instead of the 4 called for. This still was way, way too much salt, and unfortunately ruined a perfectly grilled $50 cut of meat. If you make this recipe, use little if any added salt.

My friends won't let me make steak any other way. Fabulous recipe (happened to see it on Lidia's show years ago). Better yet with dry-aged meat, if you can find it.
