Intense, citrus delight!

My second gelato and definitely my favorite so far. I plan to use this as a base for frozen margaritas. Be sure to cool the liquid to 40 degrees, not room temperature. I didn't stir in the extra zest at the end because I was in a hurry, but the flavor is still intense and smooth.
