Not a cheap recipe

Chestnuts cost a fortune. Make the same recipe with butternut squash or acorn squash instead of the chestnuts and it'll taste good and will be a lot cheaper. Also, a can of evaporated milk costs a lot less than a cup of cream. Fresh rosemary may be too strong a flavor for some folks, use parsley instead that's the case. Don't substitute cilantro for the rosemary -- that will not work.
