Wonderful experience Very nice menu selection, great specials and very reasonable prices. Everything we ordered was excellent, even the salads were a cut above the rest.I have to say that the calamari from the grill, as the whole fish we ordered tasted really fresh and full of flavor. The food arrived quickly and delivered by a friendly, attentive, polite staff. My husband and I are sticklers for good service and Pane e Vino was a winner. You didn't have to search for your waiter, there was always someone close by more than willing to help with any questions or needs you might have. Decor was warm and interesting, clean with pleanty of room to spread out which is a rare find in a Carroll garden restaurant. Overall a great experience sure to please the most discerning diner.

I had the pleasure of going to Pane e Vino. It is a great place. It is really kid friendly - we had a three and a half year old with us. The adults had a great time too. The tables are spaced - so you can enjoy yourself. The menu is extremely interesting and the specials were incredible ( I had the lamb shank with saffron risotto, simply the best I ever had in my life!!) Everyone was so happy about all our food. The live flamenco music is a really nice touch! The person who was our server, Mario, was great. Attentive - checked on our food, answered our many questions about the menu and catered to the three and half year old - she got her drink in a fancy glass. Ketchup was delivered without asking - he was sure she would like it with her grilled cheese. I had a special request and he looked after it - no problem. He is very friendly and a great server. Thank you Mario! I would recommend Pane e Vino for the service, food, music and the decor to all my friends and family. Thank you. P

Our party was just wandering around looking for a place when it got so cold that we just picked this place more or less at random. We were so surprised by how great this place was. The food and the service were fantastic and the ambiance was really spot on for an intimate dinner with friends. Highly recommended!

Totally disagree with the other review, sorry event was bad. I had my wedding here and it was amazing and people still comment how everything was awesome months later. They do a lot of cool things here such as live music, wine events, giving away free wine at times as a promotion.. The staff is very helpful every time we have gone in for dinner even before we got married here. The only thing I recommend is that you if you do have an event here just stay on top of things and everything will be great! Food is also very good and definetely a value for money.

They turned a party into a disaster. Plans made months in advance, every detail covered. The day of the party -- 50 guests were standing out on the sidewalk. When they began to insist they be seated, they were told the Police would be called. Finally seated, the restaurant was unprepared for the party. Not enough food, not enough service. An amateur and hostile response to hosts and guests. They turned a very special occasion into a horror show and at quite a dollar and emotional cost. Unreliable reservations, food and service. Definitely a no no.
