Nice and casual environment. It felt like being in New Orleans again

I dined at Acme Bar and Grill in New York last night and it reminded me of being in New Orleans. The service was good, the food was good and there was no wait. Everytime I am in New Orleans, dining at Acme on Iberville Street in the French Quarters is "a must." I live in New Jersey, so Acme Bar and Grill in New York is the next best thing. It has the New Orleans flavor, including choices of hot sauce (the green is really hot) and they play that good "Nawlins" music while you are dining. I would definitely dine at this spot again and plan on telling my friends and family about this restaurant.

Went to ACME recently after being away for awhile and noticed its not as good as it used to be. The menu was the same. The waitress was professional and polite but overbilled me. ACME is a still a good restaraunt. Its a little pricey. It hasn't changed much over 12 years.

I love eating at ACME because the food is great and you just cant beat the casual, yet upbeat atmosphere. When I dine at ACME, which is quite often, I always leave stuffed from having eaten way too much but its worth it because everything on the menu is just so good. The staff is very friendly and down to earth. I love this place!

I went to ACME last weekend, and ate far too much. ACME can dish out the portions, that's for sure. They also feature $2 ACME-brewed beer ...It tastes a little like metal though.

This is one of my all time favorite places to take my out-of-town friends and family when they come visit me in NY. You cant go wrong with anything on the menu... I strongly suggest you try the mashed potatoes and spinach yummmm... oh and the wait staff couldnt be friendlier.. I LOVE IT!

I ordered the crawfish. Everything was pretty much bland, except for the added-on spices (on the outside of the crawfish, corn, potatoes). After dinner I politely sent a note to the kitchen suggesting Zatarain's Crab Boil. Both the waitress and cook (whoever received it at the kitchen) shrugged and were pretty dismissive. If they're not going to try I'm not coming back, no thanks...
