I've tried basically all the ramen restaurants in nyc and I have to say Ajisen is definitely my favorite. Unlike a lot of places, the broth is not overly salty. It's msg free! The tenderous ribs ramen dish is definitely my favorite, along with the eel fried rice. They also make sushi, which are perfect for the hot summery days. It's nothing amazing, but good for the price. Their salmon sashimi is quite delicious. Service is amazing because i'm there every week. A MUST TRY!

i sure hope this is... did someone pay you critics off to do a favorable review? the food is horrible. the meat is way overcooked, there's more juices in jerky than there is in the meats Ajisen serves. Theres so many other Ramen joints that are alot better than this

Ajisen noodle has over 100 shops in HK and China, so I had to give it a try here. The noodle is excellent!! Next time you are there, give it a try! The staffs are very friendly and attentive, especially to kids!
