I know I went on one of the coldest days of the year--granted it was like well below zero with the wind chill--but my steak was COLD. That is really unacceptable for such a highly rated restaurant. The service, however, was lovely.

After reading other reviews I decided to take my husband to have a great dinner. He loves steak and potatos so we headed there. My husband was a little weary we were the only people there it was early for dinner 5pm .The appetizers were incredible , fried calamari and raw clams and oysters. My husband had the porter house steak which was cooked perfectly , mouth watering(husbands words)I had the filet which was delicous. we have been to some of the best steak houses in the city and have to say luis is the best wait staff we have encountered. The decor is way too macho for me, feels like a log cabin with lots of stuffed wild animals. but the excellent staff makes up for the decor.
