My husband and I had dinner at the Aquagrill on Friday, June 22nd. We both enjoyed our meals and the service was impeccable. Our waiter was attentive and very pleasant. Next time we visit NYC we will definitely go to the Aquagrill again.

Been there 8 times now and making it a regular stop when I want fresh seafood or fish..Service is always excellent with friendly and attentive waiters..The grilled salmon is always cooked to perfection and the octopus appetizer is well the best I've had in nyc I've been to several seafood restaurants in nyc and I rate this the best of the best

I went to Aquagrill once before for drinks and oysters, and I decided to go back for dinner. Am I happy I did! We started out with a variety of oysters (Canoe Lagoons from Alaska) were the best. The entrees were simply delicious...I had Fettucine with Shrimp and Pesto, and my girlfriend had one of the specials, which was Wild Striped Bass with Crab Risotto. Everything was so incredibly tasty, and the service was so fantastic, that I plan to go back often.

Best seafood in NYC or perhaps anywhere. Everything is fresh and well prepared, service is very good. Interesting wine selection. Truly outstanding in every respect.

Went here on date night with my husband and absolutely loved it! We came for the oysters and were very impressed by the selection (they had over 30 different varities)! The appetizers and entrees were delicious, crisp sear on the fish, and a nice combination of flavors on the sashimi (yellow tail and spicy eggplant). Wine list was extensive. Service was great. You do need a reservation, but I came on a Friday night and was able to call in the afternoon and get an early reservation at 6:30. I highly recommend this place!

Really enjoyed my dinner as did my friend. She had already dined there previously, but it was the first time for me. Very friendly and professional service. Our server was knowledgable, made excellent recommendations and was nice without being overbearing. I had the Cod and my friend had Crab Cakes, both of which were cooked to perfection. The accompanying mushroom ravioli for the Cod were light and fluffy and the Crab Cakes were said to be perfect. For dessert we tried the sorbet sampler and the strawberry rhubarb pie. Both were heavenly. The bouche and little dish of cookies were also very very good. the place was busy early on and was packed by the time we left. Seating is a little tight, but really worth it for the food and service.

The food is exquisitely divine. Each bite melts in your mouth. Seriously. I would come here with a group of probably no more than 4 people since the spacing is tight but the atmosphere is grandiose. This would be a great date spot.

Been going here for a number of years and went again last night after a while. Fabulous meal. Had the striped bass special. The food was great, lots of little extras like the amuse bouche and also the cookies. The part that stood out to me was the service. Unlike what often seems to be the case at many restaurants these days, these folks seem to want and value your continued business. They couldn't have been more accommodating, friendly, and service oriented. It was no surprise that it was packed, but even so they really do what they can to offer alternatives at the bar or at the bar area community table to keep you there. Great to have a good seafood restaurant that consistently kicks out a quality experience.

I recently ate at aquagrill for lunch. loved the assortment of breads served with olive oil. i had the boulabaisse as my entre, shrimp mussels clams and other seafood in a saffron tomato broth...it was divine. the best part was dessert: a peppered pear tatin (goes great with a glass of champagne!). our waitress was very accomadating and made excellent recommendations.

Top notch food and service without snob appeal. Featuring one of the best raw bars in the city with a large variety of oysters. Inventive entrees with enough variety to please anyone.
