BaoHaus, is where owner Eddie Huang merges the age old Taiwanese street snack Gua Bao with the all natural, environmentally conscious spirit of today. Here they serve authentic steamed bun sandwiches using Niman Ranch antibiotic/ hormone free pork and steak and organic tofu. Their cooking methods are 90% energy efficient and all of this with NO compromise on taste. Gua Baos are delicious steamed buns which are a little like Taiwanese hamburgers. The fillings offered range from a delicious slow cooked braised pork belly to a pan fried tofu bao. These tasty treats are topped off with crushed peanut, cilantro, Haus relish, and Taiwanese red sugar. At BaoHaus they constantly have special offers like the FOB special where you get 3 Baos for $10. Now that’s a real deal!
