Took my daughters on a friday evening. Ambience and decor was great. The white interior gives the place a cool glow, and I thought the portrait of Sophia Loren was a nice touch. I had the veal ragu and it was delicious, I highly recommend it. However the carpaccio I had for my appetizer was nothing special. As for the service, the dinner took too long to come out, but I expected such since the place opened just a couple weeks ago. All in all it was a solid dining experience. Will definitely go back once the staff gets its act together.

If you feel the need to dine with a nouveau riche UES crowd looking to see and be seen now matter how bad the service and cuisine, look no further. We went here for lunch on a Saturday as a party of five, and the experience couldn't have been worse. They place table where waiters will pass by you and bump you every few minutes, we waited literally 90 minutes for our food at LUNCH time, and while some dishes were interesting, the more standard the fare, the more disappointing it was (an italian place should first and foremost have good pasta sauce, no?!?). To add insult to injury, the Manager came to ask us how things were, we gave candid feedback, and still no improvement or change. Spare yourself the agony and go someplace else where the food and service will be worth the visit, and not just the expensive attire of the haughty crowd around you.
