A total waste of time and money. The meat on the baby back ribs consisted of all fat, and was inedible. The salad with fish had a few soggy shrimp and what looked like some fish scraps.

As you can see by my review of Bar Minnow's older neighbor, The Minnow restaurant, I'm crazy about Minnow... Sadly, Bar Minnow is a much less impressive place than its sibling...though cheaper (obviously) and with less complicated fare. Worth it for a quick drink or snack...but if you're looking for great food...try the neighbor.
