I love thai food and I would say Beet is one of my favorites the food is good with great vegetarian options. Get the dish with the vegetarian chicken- awesome. And the green curry shanghai noodle dish with Tofu was awesome as well. I asked a friend who lives in the Slope about Beet; he said it is good local Thai. I recommend anyone to Beet they won't let you down

I LOVE this place! I love Thai food in general, and this is the best I've found here. The delivery is quick too, so I'm always ordering from them!

My boyfriend and I love Beet. Offhand I can't think of anything bad about the place (something that rarely ever happens). The food, decor, service...everything is just great. And although Beet does get plenty of business, I've never had to wait for more than a few minutes for a table. We go to Beet at LEAST once a week.

Never know this restaurant before, then I just got the mailed menu for delivery. It looked pretty interesting. I ordered soft-shell crab with royal spice sauce, wow crabs size is so big. I couldn't believe they use this size for low price, the flavor is also great. Their delivery time was just 20 minutes.

I have been there many times. I really like the food of its' presentation and the taste is delicious. The service is excellent. I strongly recommend this Beet Thai restuarant to people who love thai food.

Beet Thai is a restaurant that has fabulous thai food. I went there on New Year's Eve with my friends; we had lots of fun. We enjoyed our dinner very much. I had an appetizer called "Coconut Shrimp." It was delicious and tasty. One of my friends had something called "Filet Red Snapper w/ Champagne-Vanilla Butter Sauce," and it was so YUMMY! They also have great cocktail drinks. The place is very delightful. I'll definitely go back there again.

Truthfully, I did not go to the restaurant for my first Beet 'experience,' I ordered delivery on a recent bone-chilling December day. I can't say anything about the decor/service, etc. since I haven't been, but judging purely by food, Beet really serves up 'average'. I ordered the golden puffs appetizer and golden curry noodles for the main dish and was less than impressed with either. The puffs came with this acidic, cucumber-ish clear sauce that smelled like turpentine it was so unappetizing, and the yellow curry was nothing exciting on a bed of noodles lousy with onions--blecch. Totally takes away from the taste. You can order the same dishes prepared infinitely better at Spice on University Pl. (and, no, I do not work for Spice). No more delivery and had I ever actually been in the restaurant, I would say I wouldn't go back.
